Dogs & Cats Welcome
Pets – Max 2 Allowed. Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet. Non‑Refundable Pet Fee: $300 per pet. Refundable Pet Deposit: $300 per pet. Cats & Dogs are welcome! Weight limit is 75 lbs per pet. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed (with restrictions).
